Structural Engineering

Structural Design service working with Architects and Clients to deliver a professional service. This includes structural design, structural inspections, structural reports, temporary works design for predominantly the residential market. We have vast experience in domestic projects ranging from minor alterations and extensions to large individual houses. We offer a full design service to assist with Building Warrant applications including SER certification or a more tailored service to meet the Client's needs.

Structural Surveys We can provide structural surveys and inspections for properties, bridges and any other built structures. All structural surveys will conclude with a written report on the condition of the structure , structural issues found along with a description of any remedial works.

ZK STRUCTURAL DESIGN LTD WILL NOT BE ABLE TO PROVIDE A SERVICE TO ANY LISTED BUILDING OR BUILDING/STRUCTURE WITH ANY DESIGNATION.
